By accessing or using Denova EduLink’s services (the “Services”), you (“Client” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1.2 Services Overview
Denova EduLink provides:
Admissions Assistance: Guidance on university applications, document preparation, and submission.
Visa Support: Help with visa applications, documentation, and interview preparation.
Scholarship Advisory: Information on scholarships, eligibility, and application procedures.
Accommodation & Settlement: Assistance with housing, airport pickup, and local orientation.
Post-Arrival Support: Ongoing help with university registration, bank accounts, and legal compliance.
Note: We facilitate processes but do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards, as these depend on third-party decisions.
1.3 Eligibility Requirements
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian’s consent).
Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable documents.
Comply with the laws of your home country and destination country.
1.4 Fees & Payment Policy
Consultation Fee: Non-refundable once services commence.
University Application Fees: Paid directly to institutions; Denova does not handle tuition payments.
Service Packages: Custom pricing based on destination and support level.
Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued if Denova fails to deliver agreed services (excludes third-party rejections).
1.5 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Submit documents before deadlines.
Notify Denova of any changes in contact details or academic status.
Verify all application details before submission.
Not hold Denova liable for embassy/university decisions.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
Denova EduLink is not responsible for:
Visa rejections or delays by immigration authorities.
Changes in university admission criteria.
Financial losses due to travel bans, pandemics, or political unrest.
1.7 Termination of Services
We may terminate services if you:
Provide fraudulent documents.
Fail to pay owed fees.
Violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
1.8 Dispute Resolution

Nigerian law governs any legal disputes.
